The 2023 Xbox Games Showcase was packed to the brim with announcements, brand-new reveals, and Xbox Game Pass news. If you missed the show, don't worry. We've got you covered with our full roundup of the event.
Microsoft brought the goods with the Xbox Games Showcase, making close to 30 big announcements, many of them for Xbox Game Pass. You can check them all out below.Fable (Game Pass)
Microsoft opened the Xbox Games Showcase with a bang by sharing a new look at Playground Games' Fable. Sadly, no release window was revealed.South of Midnight (Game Pass)
Next up was a look at new Xbox exclusive South of Midnight from Compulsion Games. No release window was given for the "fantastical and macabre third-person action-adventure," but it will be coming to Xbox Series X|S and Xbox Game Pass.Star Wars Outlaws
The first third-party reveal of the night came from Ubisoft with Ubisoft's new open-world Star Wars game, Star Wars Outlaws, which is coming to Xbox Series X|S in 2024.33 Immortals (Game Pass)
Spiritfairer developer Thunder Lotus Games announced 33 Immortals, a "co-op action-roguelike for 33 players" that will release in early access for Xbox Series X|S and Xbox Game Pass in 2024.Payday 3 (Game Pass)
Starbreeze Studios announced a September release date for Payday 3 and also confirmed that the shooter will be coming to Xbox Series X|S and Xbox Game Pass.Persona 3 Reload (Game Pass)
Following a leak earlier in the week, Atlus confirmed that two new Persona games are coming to Game Pass. The first was Persona 3 Reload, a remake of Persona 3, that's coming to Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC in early 2024.Avowed (Game Pass)
Obsidian gave us our first proper look at Avowed gameplay and also announced a 2024 release window for the upcoming RPG.Sea of Thieves (Game Pass)
Out of nowhere, Rare announced a Sea of Thieves and Monkey Island crossover. The update is free for all players and launches in July.Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 (Game Pass)
Next up was Asobo Studio announcing a new version of popular flight sim, Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. This new game lands on Xbox Series X|S, PC, Xbox Game Pass, and PC Game Pass next year. A Dune expansion will also be coming for the existing Microsoft Flight Simulator in November.Hellblade 2 (Game Pass)
We then had a release window reveal and a new trailer for Senua's Saga: Hellblade 2, which launches for Xbox Series X|S, PC, and Game Pass in 2024.Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth
Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth launches for Xbox Series X|S in "early 2024." Following the reveal, it was confirmed that Infinite Wealth is the new name for Like a Dragon 8.Fallout 76 (Game Pass)
Bethesda revealed that Fallout 76's next expansion will whisk players off to Atlantic City. No release date was given for the expansion, but we can expect it "soon."Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess (Game Pass)
Capcom is bringing Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess to Xbox Series X|S and Xbox Game Pass. No release date was announced for the action/strategy game.Forza Motorsport (Game Pass)
Turn 10 then revealed an October release date for Forza Motorsport as well as a flashy new trailer for the upcoming racing sim. Later, more was revealed about the game's various editions, early access, and Car Pass when preorders went live.Elder Scrolls Online (Game Pass)
Bethesda unveiled a new trailer for the upcoming Elder Scrolls Online expansion, Necrom, which launches in July.Overwatch 2 (Game Pass Ultimate)
Blizzard unveiled Overwatch 2: Invasion, the game's "biggest update yet." It also announced that Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers will be able to unlock all Heroes in the game with a new starter pack.Persona 5 Tactica (Game Pass)
A second Persona title was confirmed for Game Pass. Persona 5 Tactica launches for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC, and joins Game Pass in November.Starfield (Game Pass)
Ahead of the Starfield Direct, Bethesda dropped a new gameplay trailer for Starfield.Jusant (Game Pass)
Life is Strange developer Don't Nod then announced climbing game Jusant, which launches for Xbox Series X|S and PC and joins Xbox Game Pass this fall.Still Wakes the Deep (Game Pass)
Another new Game Pass addition was then announced. Still Wakes the Deep is a narrative horror game coming to Xbox Series X|S and Xbox Game Pass early next year.Dungeons of Hinterberg (Game Pass)
Dungeons of Hinterberg was also announced for Xbox Series X|S and Xbox Game Pass. The new action-adventure RPG from developer Microbird Games launches next year.Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty
CD Projekt Red finally announced a release date for Cyberpunk 2077 expansion Phantom Liberty. The DLC takes us to a new part of Night City called Dogtown and introduces us to Solomon Reed, who is played by Idris Elba.Cities: Skylines 2 (Game Pass)
A big one for all the city-builder heads out there. Paradox and Colossal Order unveiled an October release date for Cities: Skylines 2, which joins Xbox Game Pass for Xbox Series X|S on day one.Metaphor: ReFantazio
Persona developer Atlus then revealed new fantasy RPG Metaphor: ReFantazio that's down to launch for Xbox Series X|S and PC in 2024.Towerborne (Game Pass)
Banner Saga developer Stoic Studio announced Towerborne for Xbox Series X|S. The new action-adventure game launches in 2024 and joins Xbox Game Pass on day one.Clockwork Revolution (Game Pass)

Bethesda gave us a comprehensive look at Starfield gameplay, showcasing all manner of things we'll be getting up to in the space RPG.
