Peanut butter: peanut butter is the star ingredient. Use unsweetened, creamy, natural peanut butter.

Sriracha: Use as much or as little sriracha as you like, depending on how spicy you want your peanut butter noodles to be. If you don't have sriracha, use another neutral hot sauce, sambal oelek, chili paste, chili sauce, chili powder, or crushed chili flakes.

Garlic powder and salt: you can use fresh minced garlic instead of garlic powder.

Honey - balances out the overall flavors. Use maple syrup or other sweeteners like white sugar, brown sugar, or coconut sugar for a vegan option.

Lemon juice: adds some tang to the sauce. Freshly squeezed lemon juice gives the best flavor.

Toasted sesame oil: for some extra depth of flavor. If not available, you can omit this.
