@comcastcares My connection has been down since 2pm yesterday. I've restarted ~472 times. Xfinity Assistant doesn't see a problem and "chat with agent" keeps "stopping unexpectedly." I would call, but you see, no connection. Please, fix. it.

@FogtownG @Xfinity That was me with the dropped frames issue. Every time you call, "Let me reset the modem" I went through like 10 resets before I finally had a tech come out. My Modem was outdated. I learned dropped frames is most likely IP issue. Skipped or lagged frames is most likely CPU.

@byashleyhackett One quirk of the Affordability Connectivity Benefit is that Comcast won't approve you if you have been a Comcast broadband customer in the last 90 days. Which forces people who qualify to either not get the offer or turn off their broadband for 3 months to get the discounted rate
