    Hi Chris!
These recipes are great suggestions, but for some people there may be dietary restrictions. For the last several months the ladies in my Bible study have been bringing dinner to a dear friend undergoing chemo and radiation, and then her doctor forbid all white flour and sugar (discouraging for someone who loves a good dessert as a treat). I have become much better at cooking brown rice and substituting it in recipes, and others have used whole grain pasta in their dishes. If you have any tips, suggestions, or experience making these changes, we would love to hear them. Thanks for all your delicious recipes!

Hi Annette, thanks for your thoughtful comment, Annette. You're right, there are lots of people with dietary restrictions. I try to go with an overall balance of healthy recipes along with delicious splurges but you may want to look at some websites that specialized in certain types of dietary specialties like gluten-free, low carb, etc.
